During the pandemic period, Axion SWISS Bank  and the BancaStato Group have reduced their operations at their offices with the aim of helping to combat the spread of Coronavirus while continuing to guarantee quality customer service.

Opening hours and services will be guaranteed as usual but, in order to protect the health of our employees, our staff and our customers, the authorities’ provisions on hygiene and social distance rules will of course be strictly enforced.

Clients with Covid-19 symptoms are not eligible to receive advice from our employees, both inside and outside the Bank, and must rely on telephone and/or electronic means.

Access to safe deposit boxes will also continue to be guaranteed for everyone by appointment only. In order to avoid waiting, we recommend that you also make an appointment for your cash operations. To contact the Bank, you can refer to our contacts and/or your reference advisory.
