Member of the Board of Directors since 25 April 2018. Born on 22 April 1967, Swiss.

 

Education and professional background

Master’s degree from the “École des Hautes Études Commerciales”, University of Lausanne, in 1993 and Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager – AZEK in 1999. From 2003 to 2006, he was an expert examiner in financial operations for the Swiss Federal banking examinations (Eidgenössische Bankfachprüfung). In February 2013, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Tax Law from SUPSI. In 1993, he was employed by Banca del Gottardo in Lugano as a financial analyst. He started at BSI SA in 1996, and worked in the investment funds, institutional clients and stock markets departments. In 2011 he headed the stock markets services for the Family Office Division (which later became Patrimony 1873) until he left the Institution in June 2012. He is at present Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors at AMCO Fiduciaria SA.

 

Other principal activities

On the Board of Directors of BancaStato since 10 July 2012, Secretary of the Board of Directors from 28 August 2017 to 26 July 2019, date from which he holds the role of Deputy Chairman;

Member of the Chairman’s Office and President of the Audit and Risk Committee of BancaStato;

Member of the Foundation Council of Perspective Joint Foundation, Basel.
