The e-banking system presents short set of hardware, software or procedural requirements to be used.

 

Hardware requirement

• Personal Computer
• If possible a fast analogue modem, ISDN modem or ADSL modem
• The website is optimized for viewing on screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 px

 

Recommended Browser

• Microsoft Edge 44.17763 or more (EdgeHTLM 18.17763 or more)
• Chrome 72.0.3626 or more
• Safari 12.0.02 or more
• Firefox 65.0.1 or more

 

The browser must also be enabled to accept cookies.

Normally, browsers update automatically or indicate the necessary updates. If this is not the case it is also possible to do updates manually.

Operating systems update automatically or report updates. For any questions, please contact your dealer or IT specialist.

Adobe Acrobat Reader (14 or more) and Java (SE 8 Update 111 or more) software installations are recommended.

However, it will still be possible to use other browsers and operating systems to access the e-banking service of Axion SWISS Bank SA, but without Axion SWISS Bank SA guarantee of their proper working during the e-banking service use.

 

Other requirements

• Internet contract with any Internet-Provider

 

The transmitted data are encrypted with a complex electronic procedure used by numerous Swiss and foreign banks for data transmission (SSL standard code).
